Inspired by a hammered aluminum necklace I bought from our long standing partners at Mali Chic in Bamako, we collaborated with our friends at Plan 125 to create the first Proud Mary art print. We love how it turned out, merci à tous! The hammered bird is created in the Mopti region of Mali half-way between Bamako and Timbuktu. The bird (l’oiseau) motif represents HOPE and symbolizes placing their trust in God.
